Health Insurance

While ketamine itself is often not covered, integration therapy and evaluations may be partially reimbursable depending on your plan.

We are not preferred providers with any health insurance companies and we have opted out of Medicare. Although patients in our practice are not permitted to bill Medicare for any of our services, if you have a health insurance plan with an out of network benefit or a health savings account, you may submit your paid invoice for reimbursement.
